Courtney was born and raised in Dover, Delaware, and began her career in real estate in 2021. She quickly became a top producing rookie. 

 

Courtney loves working with buyers, sellers and investors and with all of her clients she believes communication is key. She prides herself in communicating often and clearly so that her clients are always aware and confident every step of the way.

 

She listens and is mindful of her clients’ goals and with that she is able to deliver them the very best. Courtney goes above and beyond to ensure her clients needs are met, and ensures they have a positive experience they will remember for years to come. 

She takes her time to gather facts and confer with her clients so they can make the best decision for them. Her clients find that her empathy and concern for their needs is what sets her apart. 

Courtney's passion for real estate was sparked in 2021, when she began her career with her father as her mentor. She grew quickly and became very dedicated and continues to grow her knowledge about the real estate market to benefit her clients.

 

In her spare time, Courtney finds herself outdoors often with family and friends fishing, racing BMX and reading.
