The Rivera Group team member, Nik Patel, serves as a Buyer Specialist for residential and commercial clients. Nik studied drafting and design and civil engineering technology, which he used for his career in property survey and land design. 

 

For the last 17 years, Nik worked with Thompson Elliott Associates preparing property surveys and site plans for an array of clients, including real estate agents. Through the years, Nik gained specific insight into zoning requirements set forth by the local governments in Kent and Sussex Counties. This insight and experience translated well to his transition as a real estate professional.

 

Nik immigrated to the United States with his parents at four years old from a small village in Gujarat, India. Since 1986, Delaware has been his home. He’s committed to serving the local community and using his extensive knowledge and experience to help clients successfully navigate the real estate process. Nik is not only knowledgeable and professional, but he also listens and works to understand each client’s needs.
